Coaching sessions

Coaching has become an important part of our lives. We are constantly faced with challenges, cross roads or just the desire to get to know ourselves better. Become a more aware version of ‘me’. After 15+ years in a corporate career, coaching large, global teams, speaking at events and leading many personal development workshops I decided to create A Mindful Escape, and make this the core work I do. Living and working in busy cities like London can drain us, make us feel overwhelmed, exhausted and overall slightly isolated sometimes. This is why I decided to create my coaching sessions in a way, that they focus on all - mind, body and soul. We walk, talk and explore certain deeper topics when appropriate. My sessions are flexible regarding the location but my preferred areas are Hampstead Heath, Hyde Park and Holland Park.

I also offer traditional sit down, in person coaching session if this is a preferred method or there are mobility challenges.
