I created A Mindful Escape, for people from all walks of life who feel the need to reconnect with themselves be that in their personal or professional lives. We go through life events that challenge us as individuals, be that death, divorce, loss of a job/income, conflict at work, stagnation - you name it.
A Mindful Escape is all about hand picked locations, teachers and methodologies that lead you to get back in touch with your true self, your true potential and your happiness. A Mindful Escape experience offers real focus on one’s self be that during a corporate workshop or in one of our renowned nature retreats.
As we grow older, and busier, it is easy to forget who we are, what we truly want and what brings the sparkle into our lives. Join me on the path of rediscovering your true potential.
I wanted to create an experience that combines practicality with mindfulness practices for ultimate success in this modern world. To focus on mind, body, soul and emotion and help my guests become the best versions of themselves.
