What is a corporate wellbeing workshop?

If you ask someone who works in the corporate world ‘How was your day?’ Most of the answers include these commonly used keywords: ‘busy’, ‘tired’, ‘fine’. Quite dull, don’t you think? How much more exciting would it be, if they have something more than just the usual work targets?
