At A Mindful Escape, we offer a holistic approach to personal and professional wellbeing. In today's fast-paced world, 80% of employees report experiencing stress at work, and over 50% believe their productivity is negatively impacted by this stress. Additionally, one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. We have a 2 fold approach to tackling stress, anxiety, low mood and burnout. The first one is our corporate wellbeing workshops in London. The second is our retreats, nestled in the serene Bulgarian mountains, providing a sanctuary where you can rejuvenate and reconnect. Through tailored programs featuring coaching, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and more, we aim to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and boost overall wellbeing.
